Please note: Due to the current demand and delays with the Royal Mail, deliveries may take a few extra days to arrive. 

 

Our shipping is calculated on weight basis, not on the size or type of packaging products are sent in. All our orders are sent via Royal Mail second class.

Delivery Times 

We will aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed. Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days from when your order is placed. 

International Shipping 

Shipping is calculated on weight basis. All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Max weight of parcel is 2kg. Some items are excluded from international shipping as the box they would require is too large for Royal Mail to ship. 

We will aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed. Delivery will take place 7-14 working days after order is placed. Please allow extra time for delivery under the current circumstances.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Ukraine.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your order based on the following conditions;

  • Refunds may only be made within 30 days of receiving the products and you must notify us in writing of any damages, faults or other issues within 7 day of receiving the goods.
  • We will refund the cost of postage back to you if the product was received faulty, damaged, if we sent you the wrong item or if you want to exchange the product. 
  • You must return the product(s) to us in an unused, as bought and re-saleable condition. You will have to pay for the costs of returning the goods and will be responsible for arranging this. 
  • Misused products will not be considered as damaged or faulty products and therefore will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
